Lesson Two: Balancing Channels

This is our second meditation lesson during which you can learn how to balance your channels. You have not gone through our first meditation lesson, please do it before you try this one.

The subtle system of a human being consists of three main channels (left, right and center) which regulate and manage our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual evolution. The channels are like highways for the energy to travel in our body and to nurture and nourish us physically, supply energy for our emotions, thought and actions, and, ultimately, to give us the experience of our true Self.

The energy channels need to be kept clear so that the energy flow is smooth and unobstructed. This lesson will provide you a couple of simple techniques how to keep your left and right channels clear.

Please make yourself comfortable in your chair. Make sure that you are completely relaxed but try to keep your back straight. During the meditation, do not make any efforts - your own Kundalini energy will give you the state of meditation. Enjoy!
