Our New Website
You are now browsing our new website, which has been designed and constructed to help you understand and experience Sahaja Yoga better.
Please make sure you visit our meditation lessons where we show you several simple meditation techniques using the methods of Sahaja Yoga. Despite their simplicity, these techniques have a profound effect on our emotional and mental balance, ability to enjoy life and be in the moment. Please try them out and give us you feedback.
We will also be introducing our meditation room soon so that you can structure your own meditations online.
